ASSESSMENT OF THE CHALLENGES AND WAYS OF OVERCOMING THEM BY WOMEN WHO PARTICIPATE IN SPORTS DURING FEDERATION OF EASTERN AFRICA UNIVERSITY SPORTS (FEAUS) WOMEN GAMES IN UGANDA

Ways mainly involved; need professional good feeding, financial better attire, incentives athlete, improvisation sports, guidance counselling, having extra jobs, commitment training, exposure, government policy empowerment sparing committing rules sport fair play involvement non-governmental organizations support Therefore, it was recommended policymakers should ensure empowered give freedom both home, workplaces field.
